colazione ottima come la cena, personale affabile ed alla mano, posizione dell'hotel ottima. Bella la spa e la piscina che nelle foto pubbicitarie sembra , però, più grande e direttamente collegata a quella interna
Nel complesso non mi è dispiaciuto nulla, l'hotel non è grande e ciò depone a favore della tranquillità, forse per la struttura il prezzo è un pò alto

Staff very kind and helpful.
The breakfast and dinner were very considered. Very qualitative food selection.
Spa massages and beauty services were ok.
The room was different from the picture in booking.com. also the view was very different, in front of another building, instead of towards the mountains.
I was working with my computer during my stay but wifi didn't work properly across all building, and especially in my room.
The swimming pool outside is very small, and from the website pictures looks smaller.
The spa and relaxing areas also quite small so they get easily crowded.
The room bathroom didn't smell nice during the evening.
extra charges for drinks and snack in the afternoon.
