-Parkplatz vor der Tür
- extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - von der Rezeption, bis hin zum Gastrobereich und Reinigungsbereich.
-sehr hundefreundlich und überall willkommen sogar im restaurant auf anfrage erlaubt!
- zimmer trotz "hundezimmer" sehr groß und sauber. Unser Hund haart extrem - davon war nach der zimmerreinigung absolut nichts zu erkennen. Eigene Decke und Hundenapf wurden bereitgestellt.
-im allgemeinen sehr sauber und schöne Ausstattung egal ob Zimmer/Lobby/Restaurant
-sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett und exzellentes 4 Gänge abendmenü
- sehr gute Lage für viele Aktivktäten - wanderwege direkt vorm Hotel aus möglich Rosskopf Bahn nur wenige Auto minuten entfernt oder ca 40min Fußweg, Brenner outletcenter in ca 20min mit dem Auto erreichbar, innenstad Sterzing gut erreichbar
-bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel
-sehr gut ausgestatteter Spa/Wellnessbereich
Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer - das ist jedoch "jammern" auf höchsten Niveau
All das positive macht das wieder gut :)

Das Schwimmbad ist ganz nett, aber eher klein. Sauna war nur teilweise in Betrieb. Zimmer war ok, aber nichts besonderes
Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück wurde lange nichts aufgefüllt, bis fast nichts mehr da war. Abendessen geht nur als teures Menü, sonst muss man das Hotel verlassen
Preis-Leistung waren nicht zufriedenstellend
