Amazing accommodation and fantastic service with pickups and everything sorted for you. The tours were fantastic, and the staff wonderful

Communication once we were there could have been a lot clearer. The staff were lovely but the guide wasn’t the clearest with getting across the logistics. They try and do it one on one - coming to speak to each group individually after you arrive, but for us that meant one group dominating the planning and we didn’t get clear info on the plans for the tours, including what was included in our original pricing. A little bit of focus on clarity of comms would be very helpful

Nice lodge in the middle of the jungle. We were able to spot an orango eating from the durian trees in the property! Cleaning was excellent considering the location. The staff is great: we forgot something in the lodge and they arranged to take it to our hotel. The package includes lunch, dinner and breakfast and a sunset cruise. Extra activities such as morning cruise or night walk can be arranged at the lodge.

The bathroom can be improved. The guide was not really knowledgeable, every animal that we spotted was thanks to the captain.
