EASY ACCESS. COMFORTABLE BEDS AND NETFLIX ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE SMART TV. NICE PLACE TO WALK IN THE MORNING AND EVENING. EASY ACCESS TO TOWN BY CAR/ GRAB. GOOD PRESSURE IN THE WATER HEATER AND GOOD COLD AC. VERY NICE SHOWER CREAM IN THE BATHROOM WITH NICE TOWELS WERE PROVIDED. PARKING IS VERY EASY AS ITS VERY NEAR TO THE LOBBY.
SHOULD EQUIP THE KITCHEN BETTER WITH A RICE COOKER AND TOASTER. WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO COOK A SIMPLE MEAL IF STAYING FOR A LOMG TIME. A PROPER WASHING MACHINE LIQUID DETERGENT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Spacious, has a washing machine and a functional kitchen.
The bathroom was not well cleaned. There were some plastic and hair debris on the bathroom floor. Other areas in the apartment seem to be clean and tidy.
