The room was clean and was decorated in a wonderful mermaid theme. We enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. The property was well maintained. We had a great time and hope to return again in the future.

Check in was a breeze ( self )
Property was as described in the photos. Perfect for self launching. We are new so went to Kayak Shack around the corner for launch and instructions. Property reminds me of the old Islamorada in the 80s. A welcome step back in time. Will be back foe sure

Stayed here recently and honestly was really impressed with how clean everything was. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place definitely met my standards. Even the towels looked brand new, which says a lot. The room was a little small, but it was still very cozy and nice overall.
The fridge worked perfectly, the bathtub was amazing, and I loved how easy the check-in process was. Not having to check in with anyone and simply using a code to unlock the door made everything so convenient and stress-free.
My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the kayaking. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

Great place! Stayed there a few times now and really enjoyed it! Love the jetted tub and the water view and use of kayaks!
