The staff were super friendly.
The room hadn't been vacuumed before we arrived, there were pieces of food around the bed and under the little kitchen table. The bathroom was clean and the bed was made.
Our TV decided to randomly turn on and off continuously at 3am, the remote wouldn't work to turn it off or even turn the volume down, I finally had to get up and unplug the TV. I wasn't calling the front desk at that time in the morning. I told them in the morning, they did apologize.
Oh and no coffee maker in the room, which I found odd. We did have a mini fridge and microwave though. Coffee was available in the lobby, but I wasn't running down in my jammies to get coffee before waking up. Lol
