The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly, and the property looks clean and well-maintained overall. The price is very fair.
The breakfast was very disappointing and definitely needs improvement. There was no water available, not even something as basic as a bottle of ketchup, and the selection was extremely limited. There was also no variety of bread at all—only bagels.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude of the staff member working in the breakfast area. She came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and it was difficult to see any effort to make guests feel comfortable.
For a hotel in such a good location, I expected a much better breakfast experience and a more welcoming level of service.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great
The pool was closed. The telephone system was down and we had ants in the bathroom and on the credenza in the bedroom area. I booked this hotel because of location and the pool due to traveling with a high energy 7 year old that needed to burn off energy after a long car ride. The hotel manager was very nice and gave me a full refund
