I would give them zero stars if that had been an option. We arrived at the exact time they said check in begins. No one at front desk. We try our door code to enter the building, several times doesn’t work. We go around to the side thinking maybe code reader is malfunctioning. There’s a sign on the door saying no entry, you must go through front door. We go to the front again, same result. I call a non English speaking representative. She says use side door. Ugh tried side, one side door didn’t work either but alas a second one did. We find our room and it’s awful. The silverware is rusty the room looks like a person could catch something antibiotics couldn’t get rid of. We took a few pics and out the door we went. Stayed about 3 minutes. The pool pic makes it seem like an average sized pool, not so. That pool was about the size of a medium hot tub. What you see in their online photos is not what you see when you go there.

Not very impressed with room overall. Some furniture in disrepair. Trim on carpet and walls and ceiling had gaps and cracks. Cupboards were not stocked well. Could not find ice machine on entire property. Would be nice to have front desk staff till at least midnight.

Great experience all the way around. The room was super clean. Nicely remodeled bathrooms. Super easy check in and great communication with property staff via text messages. Couldn’t be happier.

For a hotel charging close to two hundred you’d expect a nicer place. It smells, theres no ice machines, no staff on site throughout the night. Place has some very sketchy people staying there. I work in law enforcement and this is not the crowd I wanna be around. Bed was not comfortable and the blanket was paper thin. Motel 6 is on the same level in my opinion.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it appeared as though I was staying in some random person’s apartment. It was dated but comfortable. The place was quite dirty. Hair in the bathroom, with fecal stains on the seat. Ceiling fan can only be run on low because it will try to come apart otherwise.

The apartment is spacious but the air quality in it was very poor. The windows didn't open up. The entrance to the unit from the pool had open garbage containers right there.
