My room was clean and comfortable no complaints

I would give them zero stars if that had been an option. We arrived at the exact time they said check in begins. No one at front desk. We try our door code to enter the building, several times doesn’t work. We go around to the side thinking maybe code reader is malfunctioning. There’s a sign on the door saying no entry, you must go through front door. We go to the front again, same result. I call a non English speaking representative. She says use side door. Ugh tried side, one side door didn’t work either but alas a second one did. We find our room and it’s awful. The silverware is rusty the room looks like a person could catch something antibiotics couldn’t get rid of. We took a few pics and out the door we went. Stayed about 3 minutes. The pool pic makes it seem like an average sized pool, not so. That pool was about the size of a medium hot tub. What you see in their online photos is not what you see when you go there.

Not very impressed with room overall. Some furniture in disrepair. Trim on carpet and walls and ceiling had gaps and cracks. Cupboards were not stocked well. Could not find ice machine on entire property. Would be nice to have front desk staff till at least midnight.

Great experience all the way around. The room was super clean. Nicely remodeled bathrooms. Super easy check in and great communication with property staff via text messages. Couldn’t be happier.

For a hotel charging close to two hundred you’d expect a nicer place. It smells, theres no ice machines, no staff on site throughout the night. Place has some very sketchy people staying there. I work in law enforcement and this is not the crowd I wanna be around. Bed was not comfortable and the blanket was paper thin. Motel 6 is on the same level in my opinion.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it appeared as though I was staying in some random person’s apartment. It was dated but comfortable. The place was quite dirty. Hair in the bathroom, with fecal stains on the seat. Ceiling fan can only be run on low because it will try to come apart otherwise.

The apartment is spacious but the air quality in it was very poor. The windows didn't open up. The entrance to the unit from the pool had open garbage containers right there.

Was given smaller 1 bedroom when I paid and booked a 2 bedroom
Dirty rundown rooms
2.0
The bedroom windows had gaps from the bottom weather stripping missing or too small of windows which brought some serious dirt, dust, debri this caused a lack of sleep due to having multiple asthma attacks at night . The grout in bathroom tile broke and coming out . The carpet in livng area stained red . Coming out of the elevator to take Teddy to potty my ESA a toy poodle got snatched up by a German Shepard that was not on a leash . This dog had Teddy by the nap of the neck luckily his owner talked him in to letting go . Teddy had been shaken up, and traumatized he hasnt been eating normal .

The room and accommodation were average

The check-in process was very good. The hotel staff was very friendly.
The only complaint I have is that there was an extremely foul smell in the hallways and lobby area. It smelled like a broken sewer line.

The place was run down and had a bad smell. Couldnt really open windows to get fresh air.
The dishwasher was full and running when we got there

For the price, this was not a good experience. We did not have any way of getting clean towels or sheets or getting any type of housekeeping done. The bedroom door closure wasn't secure. The blanket for the second bed had a hole in it and there weren't enough pillows for the second bed. There was dog poop all around the parking area outside. It was just really disappointing, but I guess we were travelling during the rip off time of year...spring training.

Upon arrival it smelled like an open sewer and remained that way for 4 days. There were homeless begging outside the back door. There was a car on jacks in the back.

The unit was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like a casino in my sons words. All of our belongings smelled like smoke when we left. The smoke smell was overwhleming while in the unit. There were also no seat cussions on the couch. That being said, communication was great and check in was super easy.

No refrigerator light, horrible odor in the hallways but especially in our room. I even peeked into a room they had open and it smelled too. Wall in shower cracked. Bedoom door cracked, carpet was dirty

The cleaning staff was very nice and did a good job.
They advertised breakfast included but there was no breakfast.
I found it odd that there was only staff on duty 9-5 anywhere on site only a phone number to call.

The room was adequate for our stay. No room refresh daily and was a little difficult at times when we ran out of paper towels, special coffee for special coffee make (couldn't buy at store) toilet paper, no facial paper and not enough wash rags. But we made due considering.

The property is nice. Obviously it was a hotel but transformed into daily or more rental units. The price is good, that’s why they have so many bookings.
The pre-check is extremely long and more than they need. Especially since it was booked and confirmed on your website - Hotels.com.
I never received the 24 hour email prior to arrival for check-in with Metro Apts. I had to call them while driving to complete the process on my iPhone. Needed driver’s license (understood) then a “selfie” picture (not needed since picture is on driver’s license). All this while driving (I was not) with the car moving and bouncing over the freeway. Never saw a person to greet you.

Everything was well done & above expectations. Ryan, the Manager, was the best. Friendly, accommodating, efficient, & available. Couldn’t have asked for better care from a lodging.

Never again, check in was online and the screen errored out so many times I have 5 pending deposits on my account.
Couldn’t check in on time had to wait for a text with a code sat in the parking lot waiting for it to come thru
Room was big but smelled bad holes in the walls and overall sketchy

Great experience!! Would highly recommend.

The pictures on the website, make it look like an amazing room with amazing view. Although our room had all the amenities mentioned, including the king size bed, which was comfortable, both of our windows looked out into air-conditioning and no view whatsoever. If we had stayed more than one night, I would’ve complained, but we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. I would not stay there again.

This place is basically an apartment that was converted to a hotel. For bring on hotels.com, I'd expect some amenities such as an ice machine or a vending machine. It's a room with a refrigerator.
1.0
Overall clean but you have to wait to get an access code before you can even "check-in" to the building and your room even after you have paid. The customer service agent was very helpful but she was the only one so other customers who'd paid were waiting outside the hotel at night for their individual code to get in. also- the rooms are very very cold and you can't adjust the temperature so plan accordingly.

Good clean and efficient. Good for business trip.

Terrible . Room smelt bad . Very warm. Bugs on wall bathroom and beds . Roaches . Difficult to access room . Would never recommend

Was a very difficult process just to check in! I’ve never had that much delay in check in because you have to check in online when you got there with the link. It wasn’t letting you scan things in that you needed to when it came to your ID was ridiculous! The girl upfront finally how to do it manually, which it should be done that way I shouldn’t have to be taking this extra step with paid money to stay there. The only way to get in is with a code for the hotel and your room instead of having a specific card key. We were locked out of the hotel because they change the code on us which they didn’t tell us, we had to go to three different doors had to get a hold of the company to let us know our code wasn’t working, They had changed our code without telling us! It was a big inconvenience.

I do not recommend. This place smelled horrible like dirty laundry. Place Isnt worrh the room rate as it is extremely run down. Tub is baked on dirty and rust spots TV sucks. Thought it be decent based on locate. Spend the extra hundred and go to the Plaza or McCormick. I think.this place works on government vouchers. Trying to axcept for profit and government assistance doesn't work. Felt very unsafe. No one at front desk. No signs of secirity.. wall hangings crooked, lamp shade busted up and old. Curtain rod bent and cheap looking. If person taking shower in other unit loud sounds like someone in your bathroom. Bathroom vanity busted up. Near base. Exposed nasty door track and vent is nasty in bathroom area. Light fixture in bathroom dead bugs. Place tried masking the stench with pinesol whuch gave me serious headache. Place is a nightmare.

For the amount of money I paid the place could've been alot cleaner and nicer. My husband found a cockroach on the bedroom wall.
The chair was broken curtians were broken. For this place to be in Scottsdale you woukd think it would be spectacular... We will not be coming back and I give your company a F.. A review is going on yelp.
I would like my money back

The room had everything I needed and more. Comfortable and clean, but nothing fancy.

Did not feel safe. Ruined my vacation staying here alone. The condition of the room was not acceptable. The doors looked like someone beat the crap out of them.

Average place. My biggest gripe is being woken up 3 separate times from staff the morning I was leaving. I paid an extra $50 for late checkout and paid for it in advance of checkin given I had been in Arizona all week for work and was at the phoenix open and other events… so I wanted to catch up on sleep before my afternoon flight the next day.
I bought an extra 2 hrs (checkout at noon instead of 10am).
At 10:10 am I woke up to someone trying to come in my room… but my door was bolted. It was the maid and I told her I had do not disturb and late checkout.
At 10:45 I woke up to another person from the front desk knocking at my door and told her the same thing.
At 11:15 I woke up again to staff telling me they needed to come in my room cause there was a leak below my room. Although I had only slept there I’m not sure what ended up happening because I asked them to give me 5 mins so I could get dressed then waited at the door and they were gone.
This is a good place to stay if every other hotel is booked. Otherwise for the price it is not worth it.
Positives: the rooms are spacious and self checkin was a positive experience.

The cost was what drew us to the property but the rooms were dirty and my last night there I discovered I had been sharing my room with a couple cockroaches. Plus the TV did not work in either room. Again the cost was great, but you do get what you pay for, so next time we will pay more at a different property.

Booked a week stay for the WM Phoenix Open. Easy check-in process where they email you your Room # and you can go straight to your room. Rooms were great, kitchen was spacious, price was decent. Would definitely book again.

Check in wasn't the easiest. There was a roach on the counter. Beds were on the small side, and the room kept a stale smell.
