Nice place, every amenity. The Indian restaurant next door is great. The terrace is quiet - no view but nice to have coffee or dinner outside. The downstairs area is nice.
Why charge for bed linen for the couch??
Also, the doors and floor upstairs squeaked. It's not a big place so... If anyone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it wakes everyone up. Hope this gets fixed.

Very nice and cozy 2 bed accommodation near Brighton. We didn’t spend much time there as we were attending all day event at Preston Park, Nick Cave concert and meeting some friends in Brighton. But Brighton accommodation being so unaffordable this little flat was perfect for us. Excellent shower! I have long and thick hair so good shower to me is a bonus! 😃
Lovely touch from owners to leave us a little basket of treats (crisps, chocolates and bottle of bubbly!) Thank you 🙂

Visited as a place to stay for our family visit to Goodwood FOS and we werent disappointed, our original booking cancelled us 9 days before we were due to go, so we booked sompting last minute and im so pleased the original booking cancelled this place was a little gem. Everything was so clean, lovely welcome gift basket was a nice touch. Milk in the fridge, coffee machine, towels lovely and soft, court yard had table and chairs, trying to pick things out but tbh the whole experience was exceptional highly recommended. Will definitely go back.
