Central location, very spacious room, friendly staff
Definitely not 5 stars, 3 at best. Very friendly staff and good location, but facilities quite basic for the star rating and price. Breakfast was very basic and again not worth the supposed star rating.
Some of the communication alerting you of christenings, weddings and birthday parties at the weekend 24h before your booking due to start (and having paid in full and no cancellation window already kicked in) felt a little aggressive and leaves you with no option. I’d prefer a nice welcome note and a free bottle of water in my room at least!
