Awesome location directly next to champs Elysées. Big room with all the comfort you would need including airconditioning. Staff was very very friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent and convenient for exploring Paris. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we had a very pleasant stay. Kitchenette was perfect.
Nothing to complain about. Overall, everything met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is good
This is less of a hotel and more of an apartment building with a few rooms rented out. It is probably best suited to solo backpackers who are used to hostel style accommodation, but I would not recommend it for couples.
The biggest issue is the layout. The reception desk is literally about half a metre from some of the room doors. I could hear every keystroke from the receptionist’s keyboard from inside my room because the desk was right next to my door. Every conversation at reception was clearly audible, and I’m sure the receptionist could hear everything happening inside my room as well. There was absolutely no privacy.
I felt so uncomfortable that I checked out the very same night and booked somewhere else. If you’re looking for a proper hotel experience with even a basic level of privacy, this is not the place.
