Perfect stay. 😊

Being a B&B snob, I want special for my money and Derrin house didn’t fail. We ordered the King size room. It was lovely, spacious, stylish and spotless. The owner met us on arrival, gave us all the information, including places to go. The breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh to order.

I was happy with everything. The car park is small but being on bikes it wasn’t an issue and there seems to be plenty of available spaces on the road.

A rare true value for money, with high levels of comfort and low price.

The house was stunning and minutes away from shop and transport. Room was warm, clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had multiple options and was in a beautiful, clean and comfortable room

There was no real negatives at all, if I had to push something down it would be the tv signal wasn’t the best which is extremely minor and likely down to the weather, the stay was so good that would be the only thing and it was a slight thing.

Nice property in a quiet street. Good hosts, nice breakfast. For us just a convenient stopover when catching the ferry next day. Lovely evening meals available in a pub about 15 mins walk away.

There is no dedicated parking, though the twice I have now used this, I had no problem finding on street parking close by. The mattress although adequate was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Convenient, clean, comfortable & welcoming stay with a great meal per Ivy’s recommendation & wan early breakfast

Friendly & helpful hosts welcomed us to Derrin Guest House. The house was absolutely spotless with comfortable accommodations. It is walking distance to town & a delicious dinner at the Olderfleet Bar & Restaurant, recommend by Ivy. Thank you for setting out an early breakfast for us before the ferry. Ww will be back.

Perfect for one night

Very nice house, very helpful hosts. I can’t rate the breakfast, because at 6,30 we got only self service- toast and jam.

Very awful town;) The only reason to go there is to be close to the ferry to Scotland.
