We liked the location and quiet and the elevator!

The room was clean. A bit small and decor was simple. Room lighting could be improved upon. Bathroom was large but we had trouble getting a hot shower. UK shower arrangements are often a puzzle. Separate hot water switches and not in the bathroom. Instructions would help for those guests that are unfamiliar. Bathroom flooring was vinyl planks which I don’t think are intended for showers as the floor was bouncy in the shower. Location was fantastic. Parking was available, free, and in front. A bit of a haul up to the front door for heavy luggage.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and wanted to help in as many ways as possible.
Recommend this stay to all who would like to visit Northern Ireland.

Parking is out front and easy access to reception

Breakfast selection very good
Room I had was very nice with a fabulous view of the harbour and had a feel good feeling on arrival
