Location was excellent. Breakfast was quite good. Apartment was well appointed.
There was quite a lot if traffic noise which abated after 11 pm.

Good central location. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed
The front desk staff were totally disinterested, if we didn’t initiate a Good morning or good evening, i would suspect we would have been ignored for our 5 night stay.
Another thing was there was never any mention of construction work. During our 5 day stay, there was a note left by the fire escape saying construction would finish at the end of the day. This was true, but it didn’t say what day because there was construction on each and every day we stayed there.

Great location, large space, nice view. There was a full kitchen but we didn’t use it.
Restaurants on the street are a little noisy. Water was hot but pressure was poor. No filtered/bottled water that I could see for guests.
They also tried to charge us $15 pp/pn for an additional person as they had it listed under “individual” even though my booking.com confirmation shows I booked for two people. After talking with them they took away the charge.
