Comfortable beds. Very clean room which smelt lovely 😍 Fabulous location. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Hotel has good food and drinks too.

Great location, excellent pool, fair accommodation (the newly renovated units)
Some of the older units that haven’t been renovated are quite dark

It is the same as pictures
The worst value fot money in koh phangan (I stayed in at least 10 places).
Been there 6 nights, haven't seen 1 smile.
