The place is breathless. Good service, everything is beautiful and the room very clean. They offer all kind of activities for a good price and they have transport services to the city and bike rentals. You will be in the middle of the jungle, facing the sea and very chill.
The bed was quite uncomfortable, and personally I don’t care it is far from everything but it is something you need to take into account. The room has a fridge so i recommend you to buy everything you may need, also mosquito repellent is a must as it is in the middle of the nature (which is its charm). Also be prepared to walk a lot.

Amazing views. Great beach. Very good price. Unique location. I woke up every morning with an impressive sunrise to watch from my bed. The access to the bungalow is also hard but I personally find it part of its charm.
It is certainly not for everyone. Facilities are very basic and outdated. Not so clean. You will encounter insects and spiders but you are also in the nature so it is normal!

Than Sadet beach is a lovely place at all. Just make sure you are here in a high season, othewrise
1. you'll not be able to sleep due to ocean waves and wind noise
2. you'll watch a storms from the beach
Owner and me had managed to get win-win solution on refund(after check-in, I'd just left the place, cancelling the booking)
-not sure the room had a pretty nice smell
-WIFI at your room is not default option - one has to pay for something called "wifi-box", very frustrating fact
-"restaurant (I'd rather call it public dining room - as a 95% of all such Thai places) has a dark, gloomy look)
-no AIS(!) mobile network
-there is no shops accessible at all
