We were in the new seehaus building and it was fantastic. Really new and huge room with access directly into the garden. The hotel now has an outdoor pool as well. Great location next to the lake for boat trips. The breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the day.

酒店地理位置优越，基本就在湖边上，离坐船的地方很近，早餐也很丰盛。还有室内和室外游泳池，在草地上也有太阳椅晒太阳用，房间也配备浴衣。
性价比略低，特别是老房子这边，夏天没有空调，晚上有些闷热，床也有些太软了

I really liked the location, just 1 min from the Chiemsee pear. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant.
It would have been better if the rooms were connected, as it was a bit difficult to manage with small children in two separate rooms. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes slow.

The place is still under refurbishment
The room was big but just opened up to the public and one could tell. We only had one pillow very soft and not of good quality . It had a kitchenette but hardly anything in it . The room was expensive but not free water to drink at that price would be standard not enough towels and the microwave in the kitchen area had a times that was so very bright one could not sleep. Dinner was ok they forgottent ogive us water. Manager helpful but morning chek out lady was very very surly
