Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben

Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich, persönlich und informativ hinsichtlich Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants und des Wellnessbereichs. Gepäck wird auf das Zimmer gebracht. Im Restaurant erwartet einem ein sehr ausgezeichnetes Menü mit guter Weinkarte. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben ist das kompetente und freundliche Personal.

Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder vorbeikommen.

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, Brot Semmel und Kuchen alles frisch und schön präsentiert, umfangreiches Angebot an Obst und Gemüse, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Hat mir besonders gefallen. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Abendessen. Abendmenü war außergewöhnlich und sehr lecker. Schön angerichtet und präsentiert.

Mehr Parkplätze für PKW nötig.

Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl. Sogar Weißwürscht und Obatzdn :-) Und der Wellnessbereich war wirklich eine Wohlfühloase!

Das Bad auf dem Zimmer war klein. Ich möchte es nur kurz hier erwähnt haben, sonst würde bei "Negativem" gar nichts stehen ;-)

November rain

Reichhaltige Frühstück, hervorragende Küche, Erholung in der Sauna.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die "Timing " war leider unglücklich: alle Lifte, Gondeln außer Betrieb, regen ☔️, viele Attraktionen geschlossen wegen Reparatur sonst ok.

Beautiful location but needed aircon!

A family run hotel. Warm welcome and very inviting. Restaurant was perfect after a day of driving

No aircon in the bedrooms and it was 34c when we were staying. Beds were too soft.

Breakfast 10 point Location fantastick Good restaurant and short walk to other good restaurant around. Bathroom new and rest is fine.

Great holiday experience

Absolutely marvellous breakfast, cosy and spacious room, clean and bright bathroom, soft and comfortable bed, nice smelling toiletries, and overall atmosphere of a high quality vacation hotel. We had a very pleasant time in the hotel, and location is great to visit Prienavera and start several hiking routes from Komoot app.

I had a very good time there and will choose this hotel again if I come to Chiemsee next time.

I had a very happy experience living in this hotel. The local is excellent, around 200 meters to the lake. The services including the reception desk, the restaurant, and the room services are very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. the quality of services and facilities are good. Normally I have serious sleeping problems. My room was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable compared to that of in other 4-5 star hotels, I stayed in my life, so I had a very good sleep there. During my booking, there was only one room available and they worked very hard to satisfy all my requirements.

Wifi in Level 3 was unstable sometimes.

Well located hotel on the lake with exceptional staff.

The hotel is in a good location in Chiemsee where one of our two rooms had a nice view of the lake. The staff were extremely helpful. They found us a parking spot in a pretty full car park, they squeezed us in for dinner even though they were fully booked and they responded promptly to our requests (for tea and ironing board etc.). The food was exceptional at dinner too.

I know that a continental breakfast is standard in these hotels, but it would have been nice to have had at least warm eggs (scrambled / fried) as an option.

The perfect retreat for a visit to the Chiemsee. Elegant but still welcoming to children.

We had a lovely and spacious room with a large bed and a delightfully appointed small sitting area with a sofa, comfortable chair, and coffee table. We also had a large balcony offering views of a gorgeous rose garden and, through a few neighboring buildings, even a glimpse of the Chiemsee itself. The hotel pool was inviting and fun for our child. The restaurant was exceptional, truly a 4-star meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel appeared to be welcoming to pets (the owners have a dog).

Superb

Pleasant and helpful staff, great location, excellent food, clean rooms. We arrived quite late, but the kitchen staff still accommodated us with a proper dinner.

The rooms are a bit outdated, could do with some refurbishing, however, they were very clean.

Friendly and well located hotel

Ideal location to visit Herrenchiemsee Schloss and a we had a wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant.

Might have helped for non-German speakers to have understood better what the hot breakfast options were as we had to get help from another guest as staff mostly spoke German.

Warm hospitality

We were warmly welcomed, and made to feel at home. Our room was very comfortable and had all that we needed. It was particularly nice to have good toiletries (l'Occitane). Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice, quality and service. I dined in the restaurant on two evenings and both meals were outstanding.

Some of the decor is a little dated. The pool area would also benefit from a minor renovation.
