They offer free parking and about a 20 minute ride into La Spezia, with easy access to Cinque Terre. The host made sure we had a comfortable stay. There is also a big supermarket nearby and easy access to the beach, about a ten minute car ride away.
There were no AC so the room was very hot. The host offered a fan, which was nice.
