Housekeeping , not enough staff, old

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Naka Phuket overall. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning sea views and an amazing swimming pool. The breakfast was one of the highlights — excellent quality, great variety, and plenty of options. We also had dinner at the restaurant twice because we really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, our first impression was not the best. The villa we initially received was quite old and in poor condition. The furniture was heavily worn, there was a noticeable smell of humidity, and the air-conditioning units were leaking water. We requested a change, and I really appreciate how professionally and quickly the team responded. They moved us to a much larger villa next night at no additional cost, and the difference was significant. The new villa was much better and completely changed our experience for the better. I do believe the resort management should consider a general renovation and replacement of some of the furniture, especially the wooden such a beautiful location and unique resort design, updating the interiors would make a huge difference. Another great feature is the resort’s own app, which is very convenient and easy to use. You can request buggy service directly through the app, and the service was excellent and very responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was not on our side, with strong winds and red flags throughout our visit, so we were unable to properly enjoy or swim at the beach. However, the beach itself looked beautiful, and the resort’s swimming pool was absolutely fantastic. Overall, despite the issue with our first villa, we had a very good experience, especially thanks to the excellent food, beautiful surroundings, convenient app, and the staff’s great response in resolving our problem.

We loved everything about Naka Phuket, it was simply breathtaking. From the food to the aesthetic to the staff, every single detail was out of this world, it truly felt like we were living in a beautiful dream.
