Excellent service and hospitality, with a great variety of food options and a very good spa. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and frequently interrupted. The room also felt quite basic and less modern than expected. In addition, the bathroom design offered limited privacy due to the extensive use of glass and the open ceiling to the bedroom, which also resulted in poor sound privacy. I also requested an upgrade to a higher-category room, but unfortunately it was declined despite the resort appearing to have very low occupancy and many rooms available. This was a little disappointing and could have been handled with more flexibility.

Our stay at Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and offers breathtaking views. The service was outstanding, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Jaew, who assisted us through WhatsApp throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and always quick to help us with every request. She arranged our activities and transportation perfectly and made our entire holiday smooth and stress-free. We would also like to sincerely thank our driver, Park. He was extremely polite, friendly, punctual, and helpful, and we always felt safe and comfortable with him. Jaew and Park made our experience even more memorable. Their exceptional hospitality is one of the main reasons we would happily return to this wonderful resort.

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about our stay. Everything was wonderful, and the service exceeded our expectations. We had a perfect experience from beginning to end.

Amazing resort, with excellent facilities either our room or their restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. Very clean and helpful with everything. The location is perfect because you can have quiet time or you can easily go to all the major spots in Phuket.
