A very lovely place to stay if you want to visit London. The apartment was very clean and comfy. There is everything you need and the train station is very close, so just perfect. Everybody was very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will come again next time!

Location to family and friends
No fans or air conditioning in this hot weather.
Outside area could be sectioned to give privacy and for safety of little children

It was clean, and good condition facilities
The bed mattress was horrible, couldn't sleep on the first night ended up with a back pain from it.
Raised the issue with the receptionist and they changed to a slightly better mattress.
It had one tee bag and 3 little coffe sachets, for a couple staying for 2 nights paying £145 per night, felt to greedy from the host.
Should offer more when u charge well.
Fan on the room was noisy all night combined with the bad mattress equal to a very bad night.
