Appartamento ampio molto accogliente arredato con gusto,aria condizionata in sala e camera da letto.Soggiorno a sala grandi, bella cucina,bagno comodo con vasca e camera da letto spaziosa.In mezz'oretta a piedi si raggiunge comodamente la Alamitos beach.Shoreline Village è un villaggio sul porto molto carino con casette in legno colorate con tanti bei locali dove mangiare e bere.La spiaggia è molto ampia,il bar sulla spiaggia offre cibo e drink veramente molto buoni.

We needed a place that felt like home. This fit that need in every way. From the beautiful garden outside the door to the arrangement of the furniture. From the kitchen and the stock in the cupboards to the towels and linens, this place helped us to be able to relax and be get much needed rest between therapy sessions at a nearby clinic. We could also do our laundry in the laundry room and didn’t have to go out and find laundry facilities.
Free parking can be a challenge to find sometimes, but there are quite a few paid options including a parking lot that you can see fully from the Kitchen and living room windows.

The 1950's tile in the bathroom and smooth plaster ceilings were lovely. The location was convenient to downtown.
The place wasn't clean. We were greeted by an Overwhelming odor of disinfectant-- a full bucket with a mop propped in the kitchen; drained it to lesson the smell. Place is decorated with a lot of glass and mirrors and knickknacks, that maybe require a lot of time to clean- those were clean. But we immediately saw the ceiling fan blades were very dirty, as were other fan blades, light switches, toilet flush buttons; there was a small (extra) refrigerator in the hallway, plugged in and filled with food; a TON of hair in a hair dryer brush. worst: the bed was messy and the sheets threadbare and "pilled" + black hair of many sizes, looked like bedding had not been changed. It freaked us out. We found clean sheets and blankets in a cupboard, so we changed the bedding and made it work. Also, the bedroom mini split needs servicing; it freaked out in the night so we turned it off, but next day saw water pooled on the floor and water droplets at the bottom of the vent. Staining down the wall indicates it's a long-time issue. It appeared someone lives full-time in this unit, vacates for b.com bookings. This is a good plan to offset home ownership, but bad when an occupant doesn't "see" because of familiarity, what guests will see. We just want a place that's clean, quiet, and safe, in that order. This wasn't clean. I don't love what I paid for it, but I resent that I have to pay a cleaning fee for a place that wasn't clean when we arrived.
