la mancanza del climatizzatore, c'era il ventilatore e un climatizzatore portatile che risulavano essere insufficienti oltre che rumorosi.

Posizione ottima fra il lungomare e il centro, con parcheggio interno. Luigi gentilissimo nel darci indicazioni per muoversi su Pescara.
La camera, molto grande, per noi sarebbe da rivedere un po'!

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The host Luigi is a gentleman. Very friendly and accommodating. He provided many suggestions of nearby restaurants for dinner. We picked a seafood restaurant which we enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here if you are in this part of Italy.

De host was zeer vriendelijk en hielp met alle mogelijke info ivm restaurants , musea enz. Goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Het ontbijt was naar Italiaanse normen goed. Zij voorzien weinig of zelden vers brood maar wel verpakte gebakjes , toastjes en croissants.
Op booking site staat dat er airco aanwezig zou zijn , die was er niet , enkel een ventilator. Bij hoge buitentemperaturen , tegen de 30 graden, is dat extra jammer. In de badkamer waren er geen kapstokken of hangers om je kleren of handdoeken te kunnen hangen en het rolletje wc papier lag ook los, voor mij telkens opnieuw onbegrijpelijk. Super onhandig ! Al heel dikwijls ervaren.
