Host accogliente e gentile, check-in semplice e veloce. La struttura è molto moderna e funzionale, anche la pulizia ben curata. Trovare a disposizione la colazione almeno per il primo giorno è sempre una cosa piacevole. Per arrivare alla spiaggia è necessario camminare 10-15 minuti ma avendo le biciclette a disposizione la posizione risulta essere decisamente strategica. Nei dintorni ci sono bar e locali a due passi.

Nice property, clean, new, modern and very well equipped. The owner was very friendly and professional always available to answer put questions. We regretted not staying longer.
The air conditioning is works but it was not that cold. It always stayed at 24 degrees what makes it hard at night. The induction kitchen needs to be changed as it bugs very often but we managed to cook so it was not that big of a deal.

Very nice apartment, big terrace , clean
Te property is very nice but the position isn't the best, you have to walk 20 minutes to the beach or the Center of Pescara

This is a new apartment in the centre of Pescara with a private parking area. Nice, modern apartment with everything you need for a good holiday. The apartment has 2 balconies and air conditioning. The sea promenade and beaches are 1,4km walking distance. We were using the beach in Pineto, 25 min north of the city, so the location was not very important for us.
