Nestled in Palm-Mar, this lovely villa for $198 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. “Mirador de Palm-Mar", with TOURIST LICENSE A-38/4. 1179, it has WIFI. The main floor has an exterior JACUZZI and unbeatable views of the ocean and natural spaces. On the upper terrace you can enjoy a mirador-solarium and wonderful sunsets and sunsets on the island of La Gomera that are magical, on clear days you can also see the islands of La Palma and El Iron. They will spend unique moments that will make your stay unforgettable. The main floor, which is the JACUZZI exterior overlooking the ocean, is ideal to enjoy all the moments of the day and a perfect place to rest, and is equipped with sofas, sun loungers, awnings, has table and chairs for have breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an area for portable barbecue .. On the inside, a living room fully furnished with TV-Sat, stereo, CD, DVD and games. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and a kettle. It has three rooms: the main room with extra large double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. A full bathroom, a toilet and an outdoor shower. From the house, and only five minutes walking, you can go to: the beach, the promenade, the Beach Club, the supermarkets, the bars and restaurants, the ATM / bank, the Pharmacy, the gym with physiotherapist, the Rasca Natural Reserve and the protected area Macizo de Guaza.

The villa is of the highest standard, the photos are lovely but the reality and the views are even better. It’s maintained at a very high standard and any small issues we had were resolved very quickly. The view from the top floor of the property is amazing, and spending time cooling off in the jacuzzi on the hot Tenerife days was bliss.
The owners couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, from showing us round the villa, sending us messages with lots of recommendations to cleaning the villa half way through our stay. The only improvement to the villa would be air conditioning, even if was just available in the bedroom to help cool the room down before bedtime, and when getting ready to go out in an evening.
Palm Mar is a quiet resort, but there are some nice bars and restaurants in the area, and getting a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de Las Americas is easy (thanks to the owners for proving details), plus there are many taxis in those resorts to get a return journey.
We would definitely consider revisiting the area and villa again.

The villa is in an excellent location within a short walk of the bars, restaurants and beach. Everything you need is provided at the villa from towels and toiletries to a well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views from both terraces overlooking the sea. There are some great bars nearby and the beach club isn’t far away to walk to either. The villa is in a lovely quiet street so perfect for relaxing. The top terrace is amazing and a perfect spot to watch the sunset.
The hosts are easy to get in touch with and very helpful.
Our only negative was that the advert said there was air conditioning, however there were only fans which didn’t cool the villa down so we found it very warm especially at night to sleep.

Great stay, hosts were amazing and great communication. The villa has some beautiful features, plenty of games, a hot tub, a roof top terrace and also looks over an amazing view of palm mars sea. Would definitely come back, great for friends couples and families.

We will be back!!! The villa is beautifully presented with extra thought on what is provided. Not just 2 towels and one toilet roll...but real care in ensuring that you have all you need Lovely welcome pack. Outdoor spaces perfect...with choice of sun or shade .
Private and so peaceful..but literally 5 minutes to everything..supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, cafes for breakfast.
We have been coming to villas through vrbo for nearly 10 years..and this is by far the best 👌 👍

PalmMar is the ideal place to stay for persons that look for a quiet place that also has sufficiënt facilities. This house fits excellent in this picture: it is cosy, you feel at home, is complete and even has a special sin Decker. The reception by Paula was verg vriendlief, and she made some reservations for restaurants.
All in all one of the better places I ever rented.

Excellent Property
The owner of the property's daughter Paula was always contactable throughout the holiday. She gave local recommendations and did everything possible to make our stay as good as it could be. We also had a visit from the cleaners midway through our stay not something that always happens when renting a villa and it wasn't just a dust and hoover the 2 cleaners were there for 2 and a half hours cleaning everything and changing all the beds and leaving clean towels. An absolutely fantastic service offered by Paula and her staff and overall an excellent property that I'd have no problem recommending.

This property was the best choice we could make for our holiday in Tenerife. From the first moment we stepped in we had the feeling that every detail was thought of, to enhance the experience in every possible way. Meeting Paula was an absolute pleasure, she made us feel immediately welcome, guided us through all the property features and gave us so many helpful recommendations to fully enjoy our stay.
The Villa is in a quiet area and in the evening you can hear the sound of the ocean while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. You have few nice cafes and restaurants and a lovely little beach within a short walking distance. Palm Mar is a lovely place to enjoy Tenerife away from the crowds, but still being only a short drive from the main beaches in the south of Island. Excellent Property in a Great Location
The property manager Paula was very attentive she met us on arrival took us around the property and explained where everything was. She also sent us a list of local recommendations to help with our stay. The property was clean and well appointed the kitchen is a bit on the small side but who really wants to cook on holiday anyway. The property was cleaned in the 2nd week and all sheets and towels were changed. On the whole we had an excellent holiday and the location is brilliant. Palm Mar is an up and coming resort without any big hotels so no real noise at night time perfect for families with young children. I would have no hesitation recommending this property.

Amazing villa
The villa was absolutely amazing. The outside areas are great and the pictures don’t even do them justice. It was nice to sit on the terraces watching the sunset and there is a good view over to La Gomera. Our boys really enjoyed the jacuzzi. We were warmly welcomed by Paula and she gave as all necessary information.

Just Great!
If you read the description and look at the pictures, you think that all seems too good to be true. However - it is true! It is a spacious and luxurious place which is equipped with everything you might need. We have never found a kitchen with such a complete set of equipment, there are bikes in the garage to be used, and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. The sun terrace offers an unbeatable view on the seaside and - in particular - the sunset behind La Gomera. Upon welcome we were provided with some bottles of water, beer, and wine, as well as cookies and a huge fruit basket. To top it all off, the Jacuzzi was a special treat after a long day outside. We are already dreaming of our next stay...

The property was immaculate and had everything we wanted and more the welcome and the introduction from the owners daughter was great and she cane to see us off too. Amazing Place with a fantastic host
The villa was spotless and as has been mentioned previously we were greeted with a lovely box of local foods and snacks, along with some very fresh fruit. Jorge also had drinks and a mini bar sorted for us with teas and coffees for the morning. After helping with the baggage he gave us a thorough tour of the place which was fantastic, before making sure we knew how to contact him and leaving us to our holiday. The outside hot tub and showers are a very welcome feature after a day out to relax and the sun loungers give a fantastic view of the sunset in the evening. No amount of my words will do justice to how great the villa was. We did hire a car to get around and do a bit more exploring but it looks like there are bus services and there is a small but really nice beach club at the bottom of the road to the prominade then turn left (about 10
minutes walk at a slow pace). Check out was so painless and again Jorge could not be more helpful. Muchos Gracias Jorge for use of your fantastic property and your hospitality. Hopefully we will get another visit soon.

Family Holiday
Just returned from a lovely week in Palm Mar. The apartment was fantastic - a real home from home. The welcome pack of wine, beer and local produce was a lovely touch. The lay out of the apartment means you can follow the sun all day and the hot tub allows you to keep cool whilst relaxing, plenty of local bars and restaurants and very easy access to Los Cristianos etc. We would certainly visit again and recommend this to our friends. Light filled, comfortable with beautiful view
Just returned from one month at Villa Mirador and have immediately booked for next year. Palm Mar has plenty of facilities with 12 cafes, bar restaurant's within a 5 minute walk, but it's quiet and relaxing. Short walk to non touristy beach which was lovely for snorkeling, you need swimming shoes to walk over the volcanic rock. Nice promenade with plenty of seating, a small drink and snack bar and the Bahia Beach Cafe, where we enjoyed several lovely lunches.
Interesting walk to the lighthouse, amazing volcanic scenery with indigenous plants and if you're quiet, a glimpse of the large lizards basking among the rocks.
Villa is spacious, decorated and furnished very tastefully, clean with comfortable beds and superb bedding. Welcomed with an astonishing selection of local foods and drinks. Very close to the airport but no noise from aircraft. Just a 5 minute drive to the Autopiste, from where, the whole island is easily accessible. We went whale watching from Puerto Colon, a 15 minute drive from the villa.
The jacuzzi was a lovely extra and I loved the outdoor shower room.
The cleaners were excellent and the owners extremely welcoming and helpful
If, like us, you want a relaxing stay in a beautiful environment with stunning views and walking distance to selection of restaurants, then Villa Mirador is perfection.

Fabulous villa with sea views.
On our arrival at Villa Mirador De Palm Mar we were warmly welcomed and shown around the property by Eduardo. This is a fabulous villa, in a quiet location, close to the beach with sea views from the lower and upper terrace. The property is well laid out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and a welcome pack with essential items including wine and beer is a very nice touch. We made good use of the outside dining and barbeque area, as well as the very welcoming jaccuzi! During our stay we rented a car and enjoyed exploring the island, visiting Mount Tiede, Siam Park and a boat trip out to see Pilot whales and dolphins, plus visiting various places along the coast including Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje and Las America's etc... Our stay was blessed with gorgeous weather and we will definitely be making a return visit in the future!

Lovely Holiday Villa
A really lovely and comfortable Villa with great terraces with a wonderful view of the sea. Quiet surroundings ( not many buses ) but some good restaurants. The Family were very welcoming & thoughtful on our arrival , with Wine , Coffee , lots of goodies but all the lovely fruits were the best thing for me especially the Pineapple !! . It was all very much appreciated.
Unfortunately we had 3/4 days of bad weather so the jacuzzi came in very useful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this brilliant Villa.

Perfect relaxation.
We just spent our second January at the Villa Mirador De Palm Mar. We loved it last year and, with the addition of a top of the line Jacuzzi, were even more impressed this year. The entire house is perfectly laid out for a relaxing vacation. The top level deck has fine views of the ocean, Las Cristianos and Mount Guaza. The second level deck has the new Jacuzzi, convenient showers, outdoor dining and seating in sun and shade. The interior is well laid out, impeccably clean and very well supplied. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners this year and could immediately tell how much they cared for their property. Palm Mar is a quiet and safe urbanization with enough bars & restaurants to keep you busy but only a 10 euro taxi ride to Las Cristianos. You will not be disappointed when you stay at this lovely property.

Perfect vacation home where you feel welcome and comfortable
The house in Palm-Mar is a wonderful vacation retreat in a quite neighborhood. We where warmly welcomed be Maria and her mom Helena, with wine and a selection of local snacks and food. The house is well equipped for everything you would need during your stay and with it's delightful outdoor spaces gives you the opportunity to relax, enjoy the jacuzzi, sunbathe, barbecue etc. There are a few shops and restaurants in walking distance, an Italian restaurant with very good oven baked pizzas, the english Club is a joyful place to visit and down be the beach is the Bahai Beach Club that we recommend. We would gladly return again and hopefully we will in the future. Thank you for your lovely contribution to making our Christmas and New Year's vacation a very rememberable and happy one.

Comfort with a view
This home in Palm Mar has it all. Quiet but convenient neighboorhood with a great view of the ocean and Mt Guaza, an elegant rental with 3 separate outdoor terraces and owners who are friendly, efficient and thoughtful. The photos are impressive but the terrace views are even better. The house itself was spotless and very well equipped with appliances, including a blender, a grill with charcoal, microwave, etc. If I had one complaint it would be that the kitchen was a little small but with direct access to a covered terrace and dining table we hardly noticed as we dined outside nearly every evening that we cooked. The owners have thought of everything in the way of supplies, coffee, juice, milk, wine, beer and fresh fruit and pastries along with the essential supplies such as sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt, etc.
In short, I would highly recommend this house for any length of stay if it is available.

A wonderful place to stay
If you wish for a quiet and relaxing holiday you have made the right choice
in coming to Casa Mirador in Palm-Mar. A warm welcome by Eduardo who
showed us the house with all its amenities. There were very generous welcoming gifts provided,
even the Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine, cookies and some bottles of wine.

Lovely spacious house on quiet street in centre of Palm Mar
We had a lovely week at this house in central Palm Mar. It's well kitted out with comfortable and clean furnishings. Complimentary drinks and biscuits were much appreciated on arrival as it meant we didn't have to immediately run to the shops on arrival. Nico was helpful and welcoming and on hand if we'd had a problem (we didn't ). The house is on a quiet street with lovely views over the sea and several terraces for you to follow the sun with. We'd stay here again in a flash. We would definitely invite friends and family to join us the next time as the house was well laid out and spacious.

This house was very clean ans spacious with 2 big terraces with a very nice view and a lot of sun. It's located in a very quiet area and near some shops and restaurants.
We had a very good contact and communication with the owner of this property.
