The location was great. Love the courtyard and the common areas. There’s a kitchen and a fridge for your food. The breakfast is convenient. Cheap.
I was charged more than what I would pay on booking, when I changed the dates a month before arrival. Didn’t want to argue with them. The room was dark, could use some updates. There was a hole in the ceiling, water leaked in the whole time. Mold in the bathroom. The flush on the toilet needed to be pushed way up or the water wouldn’t stop running. Shower didn’t drain. There was always water on the floor. Basic breakfast (cornflakes, fruit, milk, bread). No coat hangers in the wardrobe.

Very Nice place, idéal location, helpful staff. Good kitchen and enjoyable common spaces. The A/C worked well even if it was noisy (but that is okay as you don't need it at night). We stayed 4 days and recommand this place !
The toilets were a bit smelly.

Friendly staff despite language barrier (nobody spoke any English)

Aircon unit in room was so loud I couldn’t have it on at night, and no ceiling fan
