Good size room, really good air con. Netflix was a bonus! Comfy beds, clean rooms. Bed sheets clean and extra pillows. Breakfast was ok, though the coffee machine wasn't on. Staff friendly, especially the bell boy. All round good value and would stay again.
Only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge for drinks, otherwise I would give it 4 stars. We also paid extra for a late check out, and they rang us at 9.30am and at 10.30am asking what time we were leaving, which was irritating as were trying to sleep. But those are minor things.

- Good coffee
- Staff changed room when I complained about noise, even though it is hard to understand how they could have ever operated that room
- Very noisy (hear lift ‘ding - 3rd floor’ all through the night; doors bang hard; machines like exhaust fans reverberate throughout building)
- Fridge hadn’t been cleaned and bathroom poorly cleaned (don’t dare look around the outside of the toilet bowl)
- No soap or toilet roll - had to request
- Airco filters needed changing - very dusty smell
- Called by housekeeping at 08:15 to see if I wanted room cleaned. Housekeeping dropped off washing at 22:05 with persistent doorbell ringing.
- Location requires a walk through a very filthy area to get to temples, so always taking Auto Rickshaw
- It’s a split location hotel - either side of a busy road. Not sure if the one on the North side has it’s own restaurant.
- Really missed a lounge area or somewhere to sit and get a drink.
- Internet was poor - very frequent drop outs and slow.
