Location is absolutely opposite the temple, so perfect place to stay if you are planning to walk to the temple early morning, staff & food was good.
Very small rooms, no windows, the parking is at a walkable distance and you need to call the hotel if you need porter services

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for visiting the west entrance of Meenakshi Amman temple. I loved the beautiful view of the temple Gopuram from the hotel. The food was also delicious, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The Staff in both the Restaurants were great, specially the Third Floor.
Other than the youngsters at the Front Desk, the staff were also good.
The room is like a pigeon hole. Too small despite having paid for superior one. The Bed size was intimated as King size at the time of booking but shocked to find Queen size bed in the room and also on confirmation note by Booking.com.
It’s only after landing at the airport, I learnt that the cabs are not allowed till the Hotel entrance through the Taxi Driver. This is quite irritating.
Linen in the Toilets is too meagre. It should include Hand Towels also besides bath Towels. Toiletries placed are also bare minimum. Specially the bathing gel should be of better quality.
There was too much noise in the corridors even at night 11.30 pm.
