Beautiful decor, great facilities, confortable bed (and bedding!), spacious rooms, excellent staff.

Good location for sightseeing. Close enough to supermarket. Spacious bottom bunk beds (if assigned one). Occasional presence of amiable local staff (unlike the impersonal volunteer staff).
Too many inhibiting and prohibitive rules uncommon for an established hostel. Cramped dorm room with beds within close proximity of each other and limited space to maneuver luggage. Daily loss of food items stored in fridge despite being properly packed and correctly labeled. Tiny kitchen with lack of cooking utensils, often unkempt and closed perplexingly early at 8pm. No external alcohol policy which warrants consumption of in-house beverages at inflated prices. Too many unidentifiable volunteer staff ran the show and were often unnecessarily stern in enforcing curfews at common areas. Communication prior to arrival was rather limited and messages were not responded to in a timely manner.

A well organised and maintained, safe and reasonably priced hostel. The overall experience was very positive. The shared spaces particularly were ideal for socialising and meeting other guests, everybody was mindful, it was an unforgettable experience at the heart of Sarejavo.
The staff were very accommodating, lowering the shower temperatures when requested due to the high temperatures when we visited. Providing us an extra fob key as there were two of us staying and politely enforcing the hotel rules to ensure the surrounding residents were not disturbed.

Location is very convenient to everything.
Party hostel. Constant cloud of cigarette smoke, even though people are "not allowed" to smoke inside. The facilities are very dirty, and the air conditioning was a myth. There is no air conditioning in the dorm room.
