It is well located and they let you do laundry there for free!! Helpful and patient staff. Had a few hiccups like I thought I had already paid and they thought I was checking out one night earlier than I was, but all was handled quickly and with grace.
No privacy anywhere! The room I was in didn’t lock. They didn’t have enough lockers for the beds there so I had to leave my things in the open. The beds are all stacked haphazardly so that there is no way to get privacy, even by hanging towels. There is no lock on the women’s bathroom door, the toilet has a curtain with no lock, and the shower also has a plastic door that’s broken so there’s a gap right down the middle and this also had no lock. No places to put things down anywhere in the bathroom. Also I found splatters of blood on the bathroom floor. They don’t allow shoes inside so this was especially concerning. Overall didn’t feel very secure to me in any way.

Almost everything. It would be perfect if it was closer to the main/touristic part of the city.
Great facilities, great staff, good location
A little bit farther than I wished it was. Still very accessible by bus, plenty of eating/grocery options, and walking distance to main attractions
