This was a modern lodgewith plenty of space and was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and warm.
It was really helpful to have some basic supplies at the property (cleaning items & some tea/coffee).
We had a small problem with the heating but this was resolved straight away after a call to the office, very efficient.
Didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable. This is probably more of an us problem - the bed was a double, we are used to a bigger bed.
It would have been helpful to have a shelf or unit in the main bathroom for wash bags - we had to keep ours on the floor.

Excellent location, fantastic kitchen with everything you could possibly need on a holiday including washer and dryer. Great host.
I think the bath towels need replacing. A fresh set would definitely be much more visually appealing and would leave holiday makers more confident to use them if they didn’t bring theirs. Again, maybe consider white towels rather than the pale pink which didn’t look great given their age.
I think the sofa bed could also have been pre-set up before arrival as the booking information provided indicated 8 guests. I appreciate a possible reason for leaving it undone could be for the guests to see a full view of the living room but maybe ask guests ahead of arrival if they’d prefer it set up for them.

Lovely countryside location close to Loch Lomond. Very comfortable beds. Modern decor and furniture. Spacious rooms. Lovely outside seating area. Plenty of parking right outside the lodge.
Kitchen not very well stocked - only get 8 of most utensils so having to wash things often. No large pan for cooking food for 8 people.
Extra charge for the hot tub seemed excessively priced given the cost of the lodge.
Wifi not great.
