Not Value for Money at all. Over expensive and uncleanliness.

Check-in and Check-out.

Uncleanliness, Overexpansive, no subscription for Netflix and difficult to communicate with Staff in English, thanks to Google translate. Booking.com should refund at least 30% my money back. I am sharing honest review to help your business grow.

Passable

There are two small supermarkets which u can buy mostly all stuff there which open till midnite and a cafe downstairs which I find very convenient for family. I like the service rendered by Mr. Anang, the housekeeper. He reply to all my queries by whatsapp promptly.

No local TV channels available except Netflix. Slow connection and lagging for the Netflix. I found 3 cockroach during my stay there. This is my first time to encounter such problem of any of my vacation.

Good location, two stores below to get your stuff , value for money,

We booked 2 bedroom apartment..living room Aircon wasnt working well and one of the room Aircon wasn't working well ..master room bathroom had leakage and gave out a smell..had a hard time to navigate TV, staff was friendly and tried his best to help but couldn't do much

Location. Balcony view. Air con.

TV had no aerial and was therefore useless. Was provided with wrong password for Wi-Fi. Only one room key provided for two people. Staff only contactable by phone and had very limited English. Room hadn't been cleaned properly with dirty socks left next to the sink. And get this, our bags were taken to our room prior to check-in, however when we did check-in, I found that my bottle of duty free whiskey had broken and was leaking whiskey onto the floor and into my bag. Thanks for that guys, that's NZD63 you owe me.

Not comfortable, alot of insects . Need to check inspect the unit before the guest check in to ensure the unit clean and all devices in good condition

We enjoyed as the property was spacious and peaceful.

The location is good. The stores downstairs have all that we need.

The electric range did not function. So we need to buy some of our food outside. We bought some foodstuff but we needed to manually cook with the use of the heater.

it was very poorly maintained, you will not want to use anything from their kitchen. The room had a very gloomy look and funny smell. The light was not working and they never got it done.

Great location and good price

The washing machine in room is good

Bed not washed. Other people's hair in the bed, along with smell of women's perfume on pillow and doona.

Great location - good facilities.

Beds were very comfortable, the room we had was very clean on arrival although, i did have to message prior to arrival to ensure as sadly this was not the case for my friends staying in the same location. Check in and check out was easy - location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. I would say a little pricey for what it was, but all in all we were very happy and would stay again.

No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. Cold showers were bot advertised and not ideal with small children. Futon bed was broken and did not pull out to make extra bed.

Overall the place is ok for family vacation.

The staff is good..willing to help anytime.

1. 2 of the lamp inside the room were damage..keep on blinking when switched on. 2. TV channel keep on lagging. Not sure what went weong with it.

Unpleasant surprise

A partial refund was easily agreed with the owner after clearly stating the issues encountered.

The apartment was not clean with: - food remains on table - smears in fridge - mold and dirt in cupboard under sink - bed linen from previous guests with hairs and blood stain - wrapping from menstrual pad in bedside drawer Based on this we returned the key and looked for alternative accommodation.
