I like the location and the spacious apartment

The floor is not clean. Dusty and needed to wear slippers but it was issued only 1 slipper.. I booked an apartment for 7pax but was issued only 1 access card. As it was difficult for us to go out separately. We have to go in a group as we can't access the lift if we go separately. Request an extra access card but were given the passcode to the door only.

Very good location, clean rooms, will visit again.

Great location and children really enjoyed.

Not the property but swimming pool on the roof top was very dirty. My children were really excited but when they entered the pool immediately came out.

Stay is quite good, considering the location, the rooms were very spacious and neat.

The view, Room was very spacious and well planned. All amenities were provided which made the stay very pleasant

A 3 bedroom apartment with one attached toilet and 1 common toilet is a bit disappointing. I wasn't aware about that. That should be improved.

sam pobyt w Kuala Lumpur udany, który był tylko przystankiem na naszej podróży do Tajlandii, 4 dni to jest max.

basen na dachu i lokalizacja. blisko stacji metra i monorail oraz petronas towers.

mieliśmy dosyć późny check-in a mimo to czekaliśmy aż zostanie posprzątane i chyba przez ten pośpiech zostało dość niechlujnie ogarnięte.

Okay for a short stay

Prime location, city views, understanding and reachable staff. Staff ensures they stay in touch before and during the stay. Easily reachable. Check out is easy, just leave the key in the apartment and leave.

The apartments are old, the first apartment given to us had WiFi issues, staff was helpful and gave us a different room with working WiFi. Anyway, I wasn't satisfied with this apartment as well. We had two rooms with one shared bathroom i.e. can be accessed from either rooms and no locks on bathroom. I wasn't comfortable with this set up, nor was I aware they've this set up in their apartments. Moreover, the glass door handle hold was broken so if you're using toilet, there's a big enough hole in the door which I believe no one would feel comfortable with.

Overnight only but check in and out was very easy.

The food at the restaurant was excellent and the infinity pool had amazing views from the 51st floor.

The apartment shelves were bare which made it feel like an empty apartment.

Amazing hotel

Almost everything from the location to the staff and the apartment was huge and exceeded our expectations.

There were a lot of small insects on the dining room table which we struggled to get rid of. The water wasn't hot enough to take a bath, was fine for a shower though.

Fantastic!

I recently stayed at Saba Suite Hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The amenities at the hotel were also top-notch. The pool and gym were well-maintained, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend Saba Suite Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Good location and good view with good facilities

Surprise on bill charges not shown on Booking.com amounted to 40% extra for taxes and cleaning. Getting key not easy

Not bad, but you can find better location in the city centre for this money.

Very fast check-in. Big apartment.

Noisy in the night because of street racers. Noisy in early morning (6:00am) because of mosque nearby.

Nothing.

The property is run by a bunch of scammers. No front desk. They just sit in the lobby. There are no daily cleaners. The fridge and aircon didn’t work. It’s pretty crazy to say the least. Be ware of these scammers.

Modern tower but access to apt is not straightforward

The moder look of the room.

We were given only 1 key. To be able to use the lift in the building you need the key which made it difficult for a family of 5 to separate. There is no reception for these privately owned apts and the name saba does not show anywhere so a bit confusing. All is done on whats app which is a bit unprofessional. In the apt the patio door was broken and made the room noisy.

it is the best choice older family with babies or small kids to opt for service apartments rather than hotel as at different country it it is the babies who are compromised for their homely food while others can adjust l. so Sabah suits was perfect choice for my family
