An incredible hotel right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The service was exquisite, and what we loved most were the spectacular views of KL’s futuristic skyline. The combination of luxury, exceptional service, and breathtaking city views made our stay truly unforgettable.

The Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur was outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with our baby, even offering us coffee and light snacks while we fed our child. These thoughtful small touches made a huge difference and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

1. I love the room. It speaks 5☆.
2. Although the toilet needs a bit of patient using d mechanics.... but once you get used to it, it is fine.
3. View of the park was excellent
1. I was called a day earlier to ask wht time i would be checking in and i said 2pm. I arrived and didnt get my room until 3.15pm. But to be fair to the staff, they upgraded my room to a junior suite after i questioned d delay.
2. After getting to my room, i had to wait anothet half an hour for my luggage to arrive (called them twice and had to go down and asked them for my luggage) 👎🏻👎🏻
3. Checkout day, we had to bring our luggage down ourselves as d concierge was late .. again . Imagine checking out and had to bring our luggage ourselves in a 5☆ hotel. 👎🏻
