Location and my room. Staff name Hasni is super good. Thank you so much Hasni. U make me happy with the room.

Breakfast buffet. Wanted to share my funny experienced there. On the day I supposed to check out, i go to front desk in the morning after my breakfast to request for late check out until 1pm. But the staff there don’t even smile and rejected my request. Its ok. So at 1130 i packed my stuff and call for bellboy to bring my luggage down because im alone and i have 4 bags, i cannot do it alone. No one came. I called again around 1215, wait until 1240 still no one. I called again and waited and call and waited and called untill almost 2pm the bellboy come. Its so funny because u refused to help me by giving late check out but i end up check out at 2pm 🤣🤣🤣🤣 الله plan is always better than us kan 😊

The best hotel for me

Impiana hotel is the best hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast have many choices. Great location.

Superb

The pool view and the food very nice. Morning shift receptionist greet and smile very friendly. Bell boy also friendly.

Can be improved the customer service by receptionist for night shift with greet and smile.

Short and sweet vacay in Impiana !

The location is strategic which is in the central of Kuala Lumpur, very near to KLCC and Pavilion shopping malls. We love the swimming pool and the view, we love the food (oatsmeal is awesome!) and we love the bed so much. We'd love to come back again.

Great location, good price

It took me a while to decide whether I should book Impiana or Novotel. I wanted a hotel that allow me to walk to both Pavillion and KLCC, so I went for Impiana in the end which was a good decision. Here are the positive points: Great location, easy access to Pavilion and KLCC via covered walkway which is air-conditioned (direct access to walkway from hotel on level 3a), free parking for residents, extensive breakfast menu (buffet), huge room (deluxe king) with KLCC view, comfortable huge king-size bed, friendly staff, relatively cheaper compared to nearby hotels.

Parking is tight, and the number is limited. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay!

Ok for the price.

The staff were amazing, the concierge and doormen always had a smile, and happily booked us taxis or grabs. The breakfast staff were great and we had the best rotis of our trip! The rooftop pool area was lovely however they couldn't sell drinks as the refrigeration had broken down. They happily let us bring our own beers from outside the hotel and put them on ice for us. The position was OK, very close to the shopping centre, but I would have preferred to have a Hotel closer to the monorail (so my fault not theirs).

The cleaners were in and out of the room in about 5 minutes, the beds were roughly made and the bathroom started to smell after a few days. Our room was very dark, had to have the light on the whole time. The public toilets in the lobby were also smelly. The hotel bar was full of smokers, which we didnt like.

A great n warmth welcome but suddenly ruined by things in the roo

The staff is superb Location is good because just walking distance to plenary hall klcc as we are watching concert there

I got a dirty bed sheet. There is a stain on the bed sheet. I stayed for 2 nights expected that the used mug being clean during the housekeeping routine. The heater not working. Most of the tv channel are not working. Luckily we are not watching tv during holidays We are not been advised that the valet parking are on daily basis.

Disappointing

Their location is good.

The room is old and the toilet bowl is shaking. Their staff response is slow. We don't feel welcome at all during the check in progress. Lobby lack of staffs.

I was in a club room so the location was very good, the standard if food was average at best

Fresher food, some of the choices were obviously warmed up from previous days. In regards ro the afternoon tea and canapes, this was disgusting, the cheese & biscuits and seafood were left out uncovered and unchilled all day I noticed flies on the several times, obvious health risk. As for the drinks in the club room, there were two bortles of wine and 3 srubbies of beer left in a rub and most times there was no steward. The club lounge was well below standard

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location is good, with loads of seats in the lobby. Breakfast options were many, lunch was extremely wonderful.

When we checked in, the bathroom door was jammed and I had to call the maintenance to service it. They should have inspected the room before allowing guests to use the room. There was a squeaky noise on the timber flooring.

Superb

Love how it's connected to the subway and elevated pedestrian way which makes it simple to walk around the city. Also location is amazing. It's pretty much a walk away from everywhere I want to visit in the city.

I can see Petronas towers, but one of the tower is blocked off. So I only see Petrona Towers, not Petronas, lol Otherwise, the place is awesome. Wouldn't mind staying there again.

Worth the money but could be better

Fast response from the staff. Tasty foods. Spacious room. Nice view. Walking distance to KLCC.

Dirty bath tub. My skin immediately felt itchy after laying in the tub. The room smelled a bit weird. Tight parking area but acceptable if not so many cars.
