We have just finished an absolutely wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The unique check-in was such a lovely way to start our stay and immediately made us feel welcome and special. Our room was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations — beautiful, luxurious and with incredible attention to detail.
What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the entire team are an absolute credit to the hotel.
We have stayed in many beautiful hotels around the world, but Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur really is something special. A stunning hotel, amazing rooms, wonderful facilities and, most importantly, exceptional people who genuinely make you feel valued as a guest.
We leave with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation. If you are considering staying in Kuala Lumpur, I cannot recommend Banyan Tree highly enough.

Location and views were great.
The staff appeared untrained and incompetent in all areas. Maybe very unlucky, however, we had to ask randoms in the lobby where to go for reception. They brought us to reception. When getting to the 53rd floor the staff watched as we struggled with pushing bags across the carpeted floor. No welcome (as is fairly customary I here). The breakfast was pretty poor, and each day we were sat at dirty tables and asked to sit whilst they cleaned around us. Then took over 20 minutes to order. Then the order for 2 persons came 15 minutes apart. It really was poor from start to finish.
