Not allowed to check in early even though the room are ready.

Great spot for getting around the city, we walked to plenty of places and everything else was a short ride away. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and genuinely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the restaurant on our last night and the view over KL was something else. A really lovely stay.
Nothing worth mentioning, honestly.

I loved the Location, the gym, , the pool and the BF
I stayed at the hotel twice. The first time, I loved my experience. The second time, however, it was just okay. The hotel was fully booked, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the high demand. I think they could benefit from having better procedures or a stronger structure in place to handle peak periods more efficiently.
