Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very polite, friendly, approachable, and welcoming. They were always ready to assist us with our enquiries and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We were especially grateful for the complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and a very thoughtful gesture. It certainly added a special touch to our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
There are, however, a few areas that we feel could be improved. We noticed that the room was quite dusty, which affected the overall comfort of the room. Perhaps more attention could be given to dusting during housekeeping, especially around areas where dust tends to accumulate. It may also be helpful to consider providing an air purifier in the room, if possible, as this could help improve the air quality and make the room more comfortable, particularly for guests who may be sensitive to dust.
Another area that could be considered is the room lighting. We found the current lighting to be rather dim and would have preferred a brighter option. Perhaps the hotel could consider having some white lights, or providing guests with the option of both warm and white lighting. This would be especially helpful when getting ready, reading, or when brighter lighting is needed in the room.
We also noticed that it took quite a while for housekeeping to attend to our requests and deliver some of the items we needed. We understand that the housekeeping team may be busy, especially during peak periods, but a more prompt response would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite these areas for improvement, we truly appreciated the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness shown by the staff. Their excellent attitude and hospitality left a positive impression on us. Thank you once again for the complimentary room upgrade and for making us feel so welcome. With some improvements to the room cleanliness, lighting, and housekeeping response time, the overall experience would be even better.

For breakfast, I liked that there were options that you could order from your table and was served to you.
I thought the wooden decor in the toilet scary, and crossing the road to get to the opposite site of the hotel, slightly challenging

The rooms are spacious, the location is good, walking distance to the pavilion and suria malls, the WiFi is good and the water pressure in the shower is very good.
The laundry service they provide is a complete farce and is too expensive. I gave a pair of jeans for laundry. They were stinking before the laundry and they were still stinking after the laundry. The hotel never cleaned them. Looks like they just steam ironed the jeans and returned to me. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. They charged an exorbitant price of RM 10 (US $10) for this non-cleaning.
They have two room cleaning services each day, one in the morning (which I expect) and one in the evening to freshen up the room (which I did not expect). If the do-no-disturb sign is not on, the knock on the door and open it for the evening cleaning. They should combine evening freshening up with the morning cleaning so I am not disturbed in the evening.
