I have a wonderful stay here. It is centrally located Bukit Bintang, and within walking distance to Pavillion Shopping and making it perfect for exploring the great area.
The customer service was excellent, prompt and follow through my queries, especially the team member, Anna, Kenneth, Fawwaz, their service is remarkable.
I will definitely return to the same hotel.

Location was excellent, room was comfortable and spacious, food was spectacular. Swimming pool area great.
Shower water was luke warm to cold, noise carried between room and corridor/ other rooms. Gym facilities could be improved, level 3 shower facilities would help people who check out at 12.00 but don't leave hotel until afternoon/ evening.

The location was good, very close to everything within walking distance. TRX, Pavillion, Sungei Wang and various food eateries. Breakfast at the GM was excellent; an array of local, continental, Asian choices for any fussy eater. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The glass windows were dirty, what a shame as the kids loved to stand at the window and watch the cars and people passing by.
