The bed is very comfortable. I asked for a queen bed but was given a twin bed that was placed together. It turned out to be very comfortable. It has easy access to many places in bukit bintang. At the same time not noisy. The view from my room is the best. I can see bukit bintang day and nightlife and on the background all the 3 tower, Petronas Twin Tower, KL Tower and Menara 118. The receptionist is super nice. She told us she will give us the room with best view. And it sure is great view.
The carpet in the room is worn out.

This is not our first stay—we have stayed here more than five times, and we always come back for the excellent service, extremely polite staff, and great location.
It may not be a luxury hotel, but it is certainly of a very high standard. From the doormen to housekeeping and the front desk, everyone is welcoming and professional. We only wish they had a loyalty programme, as we have unfortunately missed booking this hotel several times.
Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of the city.

Location, room ,
Breakfast room looks boring and like going to kedai makan only.
Presentation like catering at my village even caterer nowadays will decorate better.
Also ,why chicken slice straight put inside charfing dish without stock and butter, totally dried.
