Front desk staff were warm and helpful. Concierge operator was also great.
Toilet had brown stains near the flush, and questionable stains on the seats. Smelt a bit musty too.
Hair towel was placed directly above the dustbin, which seems very unhygienic.
Rack for towel was very low, a few centimetres off the ground, and a few centimetres from the drain, which was opened.
There was no space on the sink to place facial wash, etc.
The mirrors facing the bed gave my mum a jump scare when she woke up in the middle of the night.
Requested for one roll of toilet paper. Requested at around 9am, waited for 45 min, it hasn't arrived. Called again and the same operator picked up, and literally said "oh my god" when I told him I hadn't received anything. Waited another 30 min, and then called to cancel because I had to leave by then. Went back to hotel at around 12plus and requested for toilet paper from the front desk. It wasn't sent so I got it directly from housekeeping staff. They sent it to my room in the evening, a few hours after I had gotten it myself.

Loved the yoga class and gym facilities here! The staff were very friendly and welcoming with bright, cheerful smiles throughout my stay.
Definitely not up to 5-star standards. The room was extremely dusty, which triggered my severe nasal allergies. The main pool was closed for renovation, forcing us to use the neighboring building's facilities. On top of that, phone responsiveness and staff language skills need serious improvement—no one answered my calls before check-in or from my room after calling 3 times, and the front desk just told me to keep trying. Housekeeping and operations urgently need work.
