الموقع ممتاز في شارع العرب و بجانب جميع الخدمات و مقابل لمول بافيلون الفندق فخم و مرافقه ممتازة النادي الرياضي به كل المستلزمات المهمة و مفتوح على مدار ال 24 ساعة سعة الغرفة النظافة ممتازة الأسرة مريحة التكييف ممتاز النت جيد الحمام به شطاف يدوي و هو أمر بالغ الأهمية طاقم الفندق متعاون

Excellent and well worth every penny of it although expensive.

Location - Right at the heart of Bukit Bintang and shopping heaven. Centrally located and transportation to any part of KL is a breeze. Room - Spacious and luxurious. All amenities were provided. Room service is good and top notch.

Room - On last night before checking out on the very next day, discovered Room 1712 had a leak just outside of the bathroom (i.e. Along the walkway, just in front of the mirror). Already informed the hotel personnel to look into it!

Horrible experience. Save your money.

Location, room is clean. That’s it.

Service was absolutely appalling, especially given the brand that this hotel carries. Checked in at 2.30pm, understandably the room was not ready, so the check in officer said that she would call when the room is ready. It’s 4pm++, and no call was received. My bags are all with the concierge and I’m chasing for time to perform Zuhur prayers (which I thought I could do at the room). When I went to the counter to ask if the room was ready, they suddenly prepared the keys. When asked why I wasn’t contacted if the room was ready, the response was “perhaps you gave an inactive number”. Seriously? What an elementary excuse. When asked if my bags would be in the room, officer said yes but that was not the case. Bags came maybe 45 minutes after room key was given. Best part is yet to come. Next day, family and I went shopping at Pavilion and when we returned around afternoon, our room cards were deactivated ! Had to leave my poor mother in front of the hotel room while I get it sorted out. When asked why the room keys were deactivated, the response was “oh maybe you placed it near to your phone and the card demagnetised”. Sounds like an answer curated from ChatGPT. FYI, none of the cards were placed next to the phone. Last day when checking out, I was asked how was my stay. I explained my frustration as above. The officer was apologetic, and to compensate me, they waived my RM 10 flat fee parking ticket. Amazing, RM 10 ?! What a slap across the face. All in all, super disappointed with the service. Save your money and go Hyatt instead if you’re looking for a premium experience. But if you’re okay with subpar service, it’s a good hotel only due to the location.

Great stay,

We booked a king room at the Marriot KL, but before we left for KL l had received call to say that there was no availability for this type of room and that if l would agree l could stay at their sister hotel the Ritz Carlton and they would throw in breakfast, l agreed, and could not have been any happier

Pleasant except for the above comments and the rooms were on low floor.

Location of the hotel. The room is well lit and spacious. Aircon makes you feel like you are in a winter.

Towel is not clean. Standard of Toothbrush and toothpaste unbelievably appears like 3 star hotel. The coffee capsule appears to be dated. the iron is dated and not functional. the water kettle is dated and leaks/spills when pouring. The phone does not seem to be working. The TV (Samsung) remote control is too complicated to use.

my stay at JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur exceeded my expectations.

The hotel’s downtown location allowed me to explore nearby shopping center, enjoy dinner, and have foods and drinks—all within walking distance. The service was top-notch, as always.

Some facility improvements needed, but staff' customer service is excellent..

The staffs were very professional and really helpful in fulfilling customer needs.

The room facilities can be better i.e bath tub is quite small, pillows are not comfortable to sleep, the food choice at shook need to be further improved.

Walking distance to pavilion.. many eateries around hotel.. city view from room.. breakfast was good in shook..had a good swim in the pool..

Since located in city centre, traffic if bad.. advisable to take grab from hotel as its hard to get parking outside..

الموقع ممتاز معاملة ممتازه سرعة بالاستجابة لطلب عدم التاخير في مل شي امان الموضفين نسيت فلوسي بالبنطلون وكان مبلغ كبير فقدت لفلوس بعد ثلاث ساعات تقريبا اتصلت الرسبشن شرحت الوضع بسرعه توجهوا للمصبغة وعطوني فلوسي علا حطتها ويتاسفون وانا الغلطان

Качество номера

Стоимость - необоснованные 16% сверх к стоимости номера. На ресепшен даже не сказали время завтрака (при заселении) + включили непонятно за что 16% стоимости к номеру. Постоянные пробки возле отеля - если хочешь взять такси, то либо обойди отель вокруг, либо ищи в пробке машину, а потом минут 20-40 пробуй на ней выехать за пределы этой улицы.

Great location in KLCC if you're there for shopping. Walking distance from multiple shopping malls and events.

Noisy neighbors at night, both from the hallway and the connecting room. The doors could do with better noise insulation

Would stay again.

Located centrally and convenience at your doorstep. Facilities were clean and room was very worth the price.

At the end of a long and tiring day, it’s like coming home at JW Marriot.

The hotel is close to all the malls, restaurants, clubs ideal location. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Hasib for welcoming us and being patient with our arrival. Cleaner folded our clothes as well as the usual room servicing cleaning while we were out, thank you. Will be back again in no time ⭐️

Traffic when going/leaving bukit bintang, grab may take a while depending on time

Location can’t be beat. But their customer service agents need to step up.

The breakfast selection itself was good but the place was very dark.

The customer service agents had very poor communication skills. When I checked into my room I realized I didn’t have a dressing table stool like my daughter did in the connecting room so I requested for one to be sent. It took at least 5 phone calls back and forth for them to understand what I wanted. But then they sent an additional office chair for the bedroom instead! Another 5 or 6 phone calls back and forth until I almost gave up and asked to speak to the manager. In the end, the next day, I got my dressing table chair. It was not a good start to our stay.
