breakfast. wide selection. standard breakfast taste but i like the omelette. huge space so u won't have 'fully occupied' waiting problem. staff hospitality was great. Izyan was the nice lady who handled my check-in n she was so friendly with my kids too. room is standard, clean. bathtub was cut half, its built together inside shower cubicle n actually its great because water won't spill out n their door waterproof was great so u get nice dry toilet floor outside of shower area, unlike most hotels.
wifi. very bad during my stay. i couldn't even work at night due to bad wifi. was watching movie n it played for few mins then offline then came back few mins then offline again n again n again. gave up watching in the end.

Nice big comfortable room with good design.
The lobby is a little chaotic with many people milling around. It would help if there's a vestibule or a blocked off area separating the elevator lobby from the general lobby.

Great location
Firstly, I experienced issues with the shower head, which was not functioning properly. Additionally, the bedsheets did not feel as clean as expected, as there appeared to be some dust present.
I also found the breakfast experience disappointing. While the food itself was of good quality, the overall arrangement and replenishment were insufficient. Many items ran out quickly, and it felt quite difficult to access the food comfortably.
Lastly, I felt a noticeable difference in the level of service provided to me compared to other guests. It gave me the impression that I was treated differently, possibly due to being a local guest. I hope this is not reflective of your service standards, as all guests should be treated with equal courtesy and respect.
