A place where I'll definitely stay again

A very good hotel - ideally located for the tourists, professional employees. The breakfast was amazing. I also liked the bathroom.

Nothing much; except for over charging by the taxis who wait at the hotel premises.

Comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff

Breakfast. 24h gym. Lavender essential oil. Pillow selection.

My room ceiling leaked because of A/C. The hair dryer didn’t work, had to get staff to send another one.

Awesome stay at The Westin Hotel.

Everything! From the friendly staffs, the room size,cleanliness,the facilities and especially the breakfast buffet menu!

The downside are the air-conditioning not cold enough even on the hallway to the rooms and the fact that there is no washing machine in the rooms or even a common laundry room where guests can do their laundry. And the kitchen untensils are not complete-no knife,chopping board or even a rice cooker.

Overall, I still had a good time. Maybe the staff is having a bad day.

The environment is tidy and clean, and the lounge is comfortable. and it is a fantastic location.

I only have a bad experience with valet parking. The valet service stated that either parking outside the hotel or in the basement was available at a different cost. After checking in and leaving for dinner, I still had my car outside the hotel. I was scolded and blamed for parking myself by the staff. As soon as I passed my key, the staff should have informed me that basement parking assistance is not available. Instead of blaming and scolding me for parking myself.

Although hotel staff sort of helpful they were not forthcoming with suggestions and given it was our first time visit we

They were attentive to whatever we asked but I feel these things should have already been done for example the hair conditioner was empty once we told them they refilled the toilet paper ran out but they should have spare in the bathroom

They were not flexible with the booking we had pre booked breakfast daily but told them due to our early departure and that breakfast didn’t start till 6am we left at 6am they would not refund us the cost of the breakfast

Location is good, accessible to many places by walking distance. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room provided refillable water instead of bottle water,understand it's eco friendly idea, but not very hygienic to me.

the flashing little light on the smock alarm is very very disturbing when trying to sleep. Imagine a green light flashing all night in dark room right above you!!

i have requested the hotel staff to change the spoilt kettle. I don’t even know what they are doing. Swapped another non working one. The staff didn’t even check if the replaced kettle is working anot. Was Disappointed with this part.
