The location was amazing very close to the KLCC area.
The staff at the cafe for the breakfast, one particular lady (short hair) was very rude and hostile. Did not enjoy the breakfast as the options were limited I assumed it would be self serve.The amenities were not stock up when the room was cleaned and the bedding was not changed when the room was cleaned

Great boutique hotel near the city center. Fantastic staff, cuisine and hotel style. Purity on high level. Only 7 min to shopping center Pavilion KL and 20 minutes by walk to the most of attractions.

The location location location is perfect. Sits perfectly in between Pavilion Mall and Prince Court Medical Centre, both are walking distance. Also, the staff were kind and helpful.
A lot has changed since the last time I stayed here. They no longer offer turn down service and they are no longer associated with the restaurant upstairs, which was also closed during my stay.
The room is kinda dark and lighting is very dim so don’t plan to do any work during your stay.
Tiny ants were often seen in the bathroom and on the desk.
