Great location, close to Petronas Towers and several malls.
Good value for money.
Staff polite and friendly.
On site softplay.
Room was generally clean and tidy, however there sofa was really badly stained and the toilets smelt quite heavily of drains. Had to close the bathroom doors during the night as the smell was keeping us awake.
“Kids Pool” is tiny.
Softplay isn’t included in the price.

The housekeeping team were excellent and the availability of a washing machine was convenient.
Although the location of the property was central it was not close to any supermarket or cafe where one can grab a quick coffee or a bite. The furniture and towels were also outdated.

Its by far the best apartment hotel i've stayed in. Facilities are there, pool is nice, play area for kids is there too. Its a short walk to KLCC which takes you to a park and an underground pass to go to Suria KLCC. Access to pavilion is also walkable but need to plan your day around the weather (no underpass or skybridge). The building is near to pavillion on the map but there is no small pedestrian walkway accessing the buildings.
Some of them needs maintenance such as jacuzzi pool, broken playground area
