I’ve stayed here more than six times, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. This has become my usual place to stay in KL.
i like the place. However, during my recent stay, I requested for all my rooms to be arranged on the same floor, and the staff assured me that this would be arranged at no cost. Unfortunately, I later had to pay extra for an upgrade, yet I still had to wait until 7pm for the room to be ready around four hours later than expected even on separate floors.
I appreciate the staff’s friendliness, but this experience was disappointing and feeling cheated, especially as a returning guest who has stayed here many times.
