Great Location

Location was Awesome just around the corner from Pavillon Shopping Centre & easy access to monorail

Queen Bed is a DOUBLE BED (heads up) & Toilet was blocked in main bathroom (maintenance came & fixed it but I had to clean up water all over floor. Breakfast was OK

My favourite choice in KL

Strategic location, good hotel breakfast, spacious room size & cleanliness

Everything is good, only the flushing system is slow & noisy. It could affect sleeping quality, especially at the midnight.

walking distance to the pavilion shopping center and short walk to the monorail

the property has an amazing roof top pool I was lucky to be upgraded to a two bedroom on the 23rd floor

the reception was in another building I had a friend on a lower floor and he could not come to my room with his access card

Overall stays was good and not much of facility that we use there as we went out most of our time.

Like the location as it is centralised but the traffic there was quite bad as there were Malaysian cup on our arrival time.

The waiting time is a hassle cos we had 2 toddler. Waiting time to check in takes about an hour even after reaching there at 5pm. Too long waiting although was offered late check out

Breakfast good. But the room at night got little baby cockroaches crawling from bathroom

Great location

The location is walking distance to pavillion.

2 big dorsett building but come with only 1 small parking lot..if no slot you need to park at the side open space parking at your own risk. Towels and bedsheet have stains

Comfortable and clean

The Dorsett residence is in an excellent location. It’s walking distance within Pavilion, KLCC and within the Golden Triangle.

The washer and dryer in the room was not functioning properly, it can wash but not dry. It took us 24 hours to work out the dryer was not working at all. So we have to hang the clothings up to dry. A bit inconvenient considering some facilities are tad bit on the older side.

waited for 1 hour for the room to be ready. When checked in, the room floor were still wet from the mopping, smell bad too. Cleaner didnt check the dirty microwave that has leftover food from previous tenant.

I like the design of the room is quite comfort

Got ants all over the floor, kitchen and bedroom. Bedsheet & blanket got unpleasant stain. 2 bedroom only provide slipper for one room. Raised request via QR code but no body attend to the request.

the people how where working there where amazing so helpful even the helpdesk. room was great everything you need in one place.

the extra cost for swimming pool and car parking that should be free or included in the hotel rate.
