10/10 Location: If I could rate the location higher than 10/10, I would. It is right in the heart of Bukit Bintang with everything just a 1 to 2-minute walk away. Having direct, covered connections to both Fahrenheit 88 Mall and Pavilion without even needing to step outside is unbeatable.
Spacious Rooms: We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite, which was clean, fresh, and very generously sized.
Standout Staff Member: While some of the front desk team seemed visibly overworked and not particularly helpful during check-in, Shafique at reception was fantastic—incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay
Bathroom Setup: For a 2-bedroom suite of that size, having only one bathroom is a major drawback; a second bathroom is definitely needed for groups or families.
Dated Facilities & Inconvenient Lifts: Having to transfer between two separate lifts just to go up and down gets tiring, inconvenient, and feels like unnecessary hassle.
Value for Money: The building, lifts, and overall setup feel dated. While the rooms are clean and kept up, a proper modernization would help the property reach its full potential. Given the aging infrastructure and lift situation, the current price felt a bit outrageous and hard to justify.
