Despite the lack of food & drinks service at the pool, the location serves as a good option.

This was my first time in Kuala Lumpur & there is no doubt in saying that I thoroughly enjoyed the city because of the experience provided at/by Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is the best part with views to The Petronas Tower, easy accessibility to the neighbourhood & the Hotel staff that are there at every step to make your stay a comfortable one. Breakfast was legendary!

The pool area didn't serve cocktails until 5pm and 0 food service. I would have loved for the Pool/Skybar area to have Cocktails & Food as the pool opens. I had planned a lounge day at the pool but I was told, no food or cocktails but I could order only Wine or Beer after 1pm. With no food service, I had rush to the room around 4pm to get a quick room service. Would loved to have had lunch by the pool.

Good stay. Again, like its proximity to the towers and shopping. The fitness center is also good.

Ideal location, connected to the KLCC through some buildings allowing sheltered walk if raining or too hot outside.

Would have liked a room facing twin towers. Apparently not available. Receptionist did not give me a sense of welcoming.

Amazing view towards Petronas towers

We were staying in the traders club hotel room ( 28th-31st level) had an awesome view from our room.. especially we had a renovated room

We were expecting more an infinity pool but the pool was more an indoor pool.

Hotel con maravillosas vistas y personal muy amable

Personal sumamente amable, hotel muy bien situado. Merece la pena coger la habitación con vistas a las torres Petronas. Muebles clásicos pero bien conservados. Buen desayuno. El detalle del coche eléctrico que te acerca al centro comercial es otro plus.

Good room, good view, unexpectedly bad decorations

The view was awesome

Honeymoon decorations they gave me few rose petals on the small bedside table. And told me thats their standard. Like literally few pieces of petals just randomly thrown on the table

Очень вкусные завтраки, шикарный вид из номера отеля на башни Петронас и парк. Персонал - идеальный и отзывчивый, общаются по WhatsApp (при наличии такого разрешения со стороны гостя), можно просить почти что угодно, все сделают Staff is amazing!!! Breakfast was a top!

Был грязноватый пол при заселении, но потом убрались быстро. Но вроде даже помыли. Был ремонт днем, на верхнем этаже шумели.

Beds are super comfy! Rooms are equipped with a perfectly working aircon system, which I believe is super important after the comfort of your bed.

眺望！遠すぎても近すぎてもいけない、まさにツインタワーが見えるホテルのベスト・オブ・ザ・ベスト。サービスも清掃スタッフも感じがよい

レセプションが頼りないかな？一件一件手間取って(いる風に見え)て、待ってる客としてはストレス感じる。アメニティに洗体タオル的な物はありません。

The location was really good

The standard of rooms and the customer service do not match the star rating.

Disorganised front desk. Arrangements we made before hand regarding an extra bed were not done when we arrived which was very late at night with 2 children. It still took over 45 minutes to check in and get a bed and towels sorted which after a long haul flight was frustrating especially as we deliberately made prior to check in. Check out was also extremely disorganised with a 20 minute delay and a huge queue.

A lovely city leisure hotel to accommodate our passion and sightseeing over the Petronas towers

The location was the main factor. The hotel provided a buggy to Suria KLCC if you are not in the mood to walk. The view of the Petronas towers from the room looks majestic at night. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is quite elaborate. The pool has a great view.

The breakfast area has no view to outside. For a hotel that is close to Petronas Towers, the hotel should take this advantage.

Location to the KLCC is great, parking was good. Superb breakfast and in room dining.

The staff was still good but lost abit of the warmth. Before covid, we were a frequent visitor to Traders. Hope they could capture that back

Great location with amazing views, just a little outdated.

The location is perfect and the view from our room was gorgeous with a park below and an unobstructed view of the Patronas Twin Towers. Bara on Six is definitely the bar to go to. Very friendly and they make amazing drinks!

For the price we paid, we were expecting something a little more updated. It just felt like we stepped back into the 1990s when we got our room and there were no direct USB ports for charging. If you plan to get a drink at the Skybar, go early because they'll run out of liquor by 8pm, and they have very few options for cocktails.

Excelent location, helpful staff but shabby room

Location is exceptional, right in the middle of the KLCC. The room was spacious but not a 5-star. Their standards are different from the European ones.

Family vacation

Perfect location. It's linked to KLCC. KLCC Park is right outside the hotel. There is also bridge linking from hotel to KLCC to Pavillion. The hotel is cosy and comfortable. We checked in at 11pm and they are all ready to host us. Sheltered pool with beautiful view. There is also spa and gym. Bed and pillows are good.

Bathroom door is a little damaged but doesn't affect our stay

the view, water cooler always available I believe in each floor.

noisy a bit since my room was beside elevators, took too long time to check in, I had to ask for all services provided for guests, utilities, not clean enough as I expected, breakfast variety.
