Location of the hotel next to KLCC, room is big and spacious. The birthday cake was a pleasant surprise.
The lift is very slow. And because of the sky bar opening hours, the pool opening hours are quite limited.

Food was amazing, especially the breakfast. Choices were abundant and went betond my expectations. The room was alright, nothing to shout about for the price i paid. The staff were friendly and polite.
The check in process was too long and tedious. It took so long to check in despite having everything already booked, and arriving 2 hours after the supposed check in time. I have travelled the world and i can honestly say this was the longest i have ever had to wait to get checked in, it was ridiculous.
