My stay at this property was excellent. The location in the KLCC area is incredibly convenient. It is close to practically everything, and the famous Twin Towers are literally just a short walk of a dozen or so minutes away. The room made a good impression. It was spacious, clean, and relatively new, offering beautiful views from the window. The bathroom was also apacious and comfortable. An extra bonus for anyone needing to get some work done is the great coworking space, where you can sit and work in comfort. Active guests will definitely appreciate the well-equipped gym on site as well. Special thanks go to the staff, especially Habib. His help was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond, very friendly, and highly professional. He took care of all our needs and answered every single question. I highly recommend this place!
While the overall experience was good, there were a few issues that could be improved. First, despite the rooms being advertised as suites or apartments, my unit lacked a washing machine and a dishwasher. I understand that amenities depend on room size (and I was traveling alone), but these are essential for apartment-style stays. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was insufficient; despite the space being large, it was quite dark near the mirror. The biggest drawback, however, was the chaotic organization of the common areas. The elevator system is deeply frustrating, which seems to be a building management issue. The building is too large and tall for the number of elevators available. At times, waiting for an elevator took 10 minutes, and during morning peak hours, getting downstairs took up to 15 minutes. On top of that, the elevators were frequently wet inside because guests returning from the pool area would leave puddles behind. The staff should monitor this more closely, as it directly impacts overall comfort, hygiene, and guests' safety regarding slip hazards in the corridors.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Scarletz Trip House near KLCC. The room was comfortable, the location was great, and everything was perfect. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La ubicación es muy buena, está bien comunicado del aeropuerto. Las vistas son increíbles. Tienes gimnasio, supermercado y la piscina está increíble. Todo dentro del hotel
